1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TKai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You must be 18+ or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & purchases

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-off purchases (full series or single episode) grant non-transferable personal viewing rights with no expiry, subject to availability.

4. Refunds

We may refund unwatched purchases or duplicate charges at our discretion. To request a refund, contact support within 14 days of the charge. Refunds appear within 5–10 business days on your original payment method.

5. Content & intellectual property

Streaming is for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not record, redistribute, reverse-engineer the DRM, or share your account credentials. All content is owned by TKai or its licensors.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed and active subscriptions are canceled.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TKai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may revise these Terms; material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
